They are definitely appreciating the tree-fertilizer spikes (they have almost exactly the same ratio of nitrogen etc. as specialized rose fertilizer, are less expensive, and an awful lot easier to manage). Now if only the rain goes away for a while, maybe that darn black spot will too.
And they smell so good!!!
