Had to wrap the tomato-plants and baby sweet peas up warm last night: second night of frost. It melted away soon after the sun rose, and now all is clear and shiny and quiet.
The swans are changing their roosting place every day. This morning they were just opposite the house. Yesterday they were a little further up the creek. No nest yet?
